The following service packages are offered in conjunction with the purchase of a casket and/or vault for the convenience of our families. These packages represent variations of traditional services, which are customary in this area. If a package price is selected, all the listed facilities services and equipment will be provided or available and cannot be declined in part. You have the right to select individual services from the itemized general price list upon request. The full traditional service packages are offered as a convenience and savings to the families we serve. These packages are an alternative to selecting each individual item from the funeral home’s itemized general price list for services desired. If the purchaser provides their own casket all services desired will be charged from the funeral home’s itemized general price list.
Traditional Funeral Service Packages
This package includes professional services of funeral director and staff to provide 24 hour availability to respond to initial request for service; transfer of remains from place of death to funeral home (15 mile radius); arrangement conference with family or responsible parties including educating the family as to the different options available in services and merchandise so that they may make an informed decision based on their needs; obtaining the death certificate from the doctor, coroner, hospital, etc.; the preparation and filing of all necessary authorizations, certificates and permits; recording of vital statistics; preparation of obituaries and death notices; consultation with clergy, cemetery, crematory, vault companies, florists, livery service, beautician, and others as required to provide and complete other portions of the funeral services; embalming; cosmetics; hair care; dressing and positioning deceased in casket; use of facilities and staff for visitation including but not limited to set up of visitation area, placement of encased remains, display of floral arrangements, supervision and attendance during visitation; use of facilities and staff for funeral services or staff for conducting church services; hearse to local cemetery (15 mile radius); flower conveyance to local cemetery or floral disposition; memorial folders or prayer cards up to 200 as needed;acknowledgement cards up to 100 as needed; staff assistance during and following the funeral including but not limited to notification of social security, preparing funeral records for permanent retention, preparing clergy records; also included in this charge are the overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance, utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, taxes, inventory costs, advertising expense, professional licensing fees and dues.

Direct Cremation Packages
Direct Cremation Package with Memorial Service
Complete services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to the funeral home, authorizations and permits, alternative container as required, transfer of remains to the crematory, cremation charges, memorial service in funeral home, register book, acknowledgement cards and prayer cards, and postage back to funeral home.
